Just outside of the rose garden is this scenic waterfall. We enjoy seeing this every time we pass it coming and going from a wedding in the rose garden. The weather was perfectly timed to orchestrate a humid, yet dry time for classical music as the wedding guests gathered, for us to play Aria by Handel for the wedding party, Canon in D for the bride, and Wedding March for the recessional. During the vows, this groom accidentally promised to laugh AT his bride instead of WITH her. Everyone had a good chuckle about that (especially the bride herself!). Shortly after the guests gathered for a big group picture and went on to their next portion of the evening, it started pouring rain just as we finished packing up our instruments. It’s as if the heavens ordered up the weather to cooperate just for their lovely outdoor ceremony!
